Execution Discipline
Our execution processes are designed to support control and transparency throughout the trade lifecycle, from order capture and validation through to allocation and confirmation. We adapt workflows to client instructions, prevailing liquidity conditions, and operational preferences, while maintaining consistent and traceable documentation.
Execution quality is not assessed solely on the basis of the price available at a particular point in time. We also consider factors such as market depth, liquidity, the size and nature of the order, the likelihood of execution and settlement, associated costs, and potential market impact. This approach enables the execution strategy to be adapted to the characteristics of each transaction and the priorities defined by the client.
The process continues after execution through controls covering allocations, confirmations, reconciliation, and trade records. The traceability of each instruction and the consistency of the information support effective oversight, reporting, and internal review, contributing to more rigorous operational management and clear client communication throughout the transaction lifecycle.
